Addressing and Uprooting Negative Thought Behaviors:

How the seed that grew the tree of the mind, branched off into negative thinking.

Whatever seed was planted as your mind’s foundation, shaped the course of your life. If the mind was planted in good soil, it led to good branches of thought. If the mind was planted in bad soil, negative branches of thought grew. When you got older, these branches created thoughts of their own, which grew into leaves. Now you’re thinking things that weren’t even planted in you, but sprouted from the original seed of thought.

What was your original seed of thought? Doubt? Abandonment? Low Self-Worth? Or all of the above? Can you point to the thoughts that reflect the same patterns of the original seed that was planted? How have these thoughts layered in negativity over the years, and what was the original thought that cemented them? Do you need a new seed of thought? Do you need to recreate your thought process?

Some thoughts are yours, and others were planted. Let the pruning process begin.
