To be full you must be fueled: spiritually, mentally, and physically -- this is something I now live by in every area of life. During my years in undergrad I struggled to maintain a lifestyle that I could look forward to. I became intrigued with learning how to improve the way I lived. In order to become the version of me that God has purposed, I learned I have to become an active participant in my own life. I'm exploring the fullness of motherhood, leaning into my calling, wellness, and walking with Jesus through it all.
